Transportation – 345-7072

Roosevelt UFSD parents who are considering using transportation to a non-public school for the 2010-2011 school year, even if their child has not yet been accepted, must file a transportation request card with the Roosevelt UFSD Business Office by the state-mandated April 1, 2010 deadline. This request must be filed yearly. Late requests will not be granted, except when families move into the district after April 1, 2010. Anyone who has a question may contact Ms. Forbes at 345-7072.

If you move into the district after the April 1, 2010 deadline, you will have 30 days to register in census registration and for transportation.

Please be aware your child must be registered in Census Registration before approved for transportation.
