Internet Acceptable Use Consent Form

Violations of any of the guidelines outlined in the Roosevelt Union Free School District Internet Acceptable Use Policy may result in disciplinary actions and/or loss of access privileges.
Consequences for such violations may include:

Suspension of access
Revocation of account
Other disciplinary or legal action in accordance with district policies and relevant state and federal laws.
